We also incorporate the latest tech to increase exposure and bring more residential buyers and commercial tenants to our clients listings to support them in getting their sale, rental done as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Whether its for market appraisals, home buyers surveys, home viewings or sales on residential or commercial property our team will ensure that we are there when our clients need them; early mornings, late evening and weekends.
Our Pricing
Residential Sales:
We offer a very competitive fee of 0.9% (0.75%plus VAT) on the final sale price of a property for residential sales. This covers, market valuation, photography, listing on Zoopla, On The Market and Prime Location, social media coverage, booking and management of viewings, sales negotiation and post sale-agreed coordination right up to the point of sale completion.
There are some additional services for Premium Properties, that require a more bespoke offering with sales prospectus, property staging, drone photography, virtual tour mapping etc., but these are bespoke prices that will be discussed and provided in writing prior to agreement of a contract.
All Other Services:
Other services are offered subject to the location of the property and the degree of management services required- all of which are ALWAYS fully transparent and provided in our written terms and conditions of service prior to you agreeing to engage us.
